Grocery Ministry
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me…

What: We distribute groceries to those who need it each Saturday. The groceries include a a variety of non-perishable foods from the York County Food Bank, plus other items as available.
When: Each Saturday morning from 10 – 11 a.m., rain or shine.
How: We have a contactless system set up. Most people drive up and we load parcels into their vehicles. Some people walk up and may carry their parcels.
Who: Anyone is eligible for a food parcel.
Different groups from the church take turns volunteering, but any member is welcome to help. Members ages 4 to 80+ have volunteered in this ministry. If you’d like to volunteer, or get more information, please contact Deb Sowers or Nancy Smith.
